HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?

Please use our Return Portal below to register your return. Your Order Number and E-Mail Address are needed. Please note the following requirements:

• The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way
• The return is made within 14 days of delivery

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items, pre-order articles or gift cards. Only exchanges can be made if they are in stock (size changes).

If you revoke this contract, we are required to refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we received your order.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed upon with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back—whichever occurs first.

The deadline is met if the item is returned within 14 days after its arrival to you.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement—provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender, or if your lender relies on our cooperation in arranging the financing.

If the loan amount has already been paid out to us when the revocation takes effect, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to the legal consequences of the revocation or return.

This provision does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign currency, or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid any contractual obligation as much as possible, exercise your right of revocation for this contract and also revoke the loan agreement, provided you are entitled to a right of revocation for that agreement as well.
